If you would like to schedule an appointment with Dr. Cary Holl, Ralston and Omaha Chiropractor feel free to contact me at (402) 592-7686. When scheduling your Ralston and Omaha chiropractic consultation or Ralston and Omaha chiropractic appointment we will ask you a series of questions to help us serve you in a timely manner. Please have your contact information, requested date and time and insurance policy information. We do have a cash payment program for uninsured patience.
I do provide emergency calls and appointments when needed, especially if your a new patient needing immediate assistance.
Financial:
Please bring your insurance card and medical history to your first appointment. My office staff will submit all paperwork to insurance companies to get maximize your benefit coverage. If you do not have health insurance do need to stress. I offer a cash adjustment price which at times will be more affordable then most insurance co-pays. I accept cash, check or any major credit cards for payment.
Cancellation:
If you are not able to make it to your appointment please contact me within 24 hours of your scheduled time. This provides me enough time to offer your appointment to another patient on my waiting list.
